3. Purchases & Auctions

All bids placed in auctions are binding offers. Buyers are responsible for payment within 7 days of auction close or purchase confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel transactions that violate our policies or appear fraudulent.

4. Authentication & Provenance

We provide authentication services and provenance documentation to the best of our ability. While we employ expert authenticators, we cannot guarantee absolute authenticity. Buyers should conduct their own due diligence.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on KC Art World, including logos, images, and text, is protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing artwork grants you ownership of the physical or digital piece but not reproduction rights unless explicitly stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

KC Art World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of items sold through our platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in New York City, unless prohibited by applicable law.
